Tuscan Tan Pty. Ltd. Is the developer and worldwide distributor of Tuscan Tan™ pressurised spray on tanning and skin care. Tuscan Tan™ is a complete UV free tanning system that offers a safe and highly effective tanning treatment that supersedes all other forms of sunless tanning. Pressurised spray on tanning is a semi permanent skin darkening process that utilizes advanced spray technology to quickly and evenly mist tanning solution onto the skin, resulting in the most authentic looking, long lasting tan conceivable without UV exposure.

Tuscan Tan’s spray on tanning formulation is the only solution available which mimics naturally tanned skin tones with 100% accuracy in any shade desired, from lightly sun-kissed through to the darkest of European tans. Better still, once developed, the tan is water resistant.

That’s right, Tuscan Tan is the only spray on tanning formulation on the market delivers a tan that is WATER RESISTANT.

The Tuscan Tan solution performs like no other sunless tanner before it. One solution does it all. Tuscan Tan adapts to any skin type on application as the solution picks up and adopts the skins own individual darker tones, whilst blending with it’s lighter colour variations to produce the most remarkably authentic looking tan imaginable, and, as it repels water, the tan lasts in excess of ten days before gradually and evenly fading.

Tuscan Tan’s range of before and after tan skin treatment products are geared solely towards prolonging the life of the tan whilst improving the texture and appearance of the skin. Heavenly scented with a blend of vanilla, coconut and caramel, these divine products are stylishly presented for ultimate consumer appeal.

Exfoliating Sugar Scrub contains very fine, non-irritating, spherical polishing grains formulated to gently yet effectively slough away dry, dead or aged skin cells to expose a smoother texture and a healthier more youthful looking appearance. This preparation is designed for use prior to the tanning application, vital in preparing the outermost cells of the skin to be most receptive to the spray on tan solution during application.

  • Refines surface skin texture and enhances cellular renewal.
  • Helps prevent skin slackening.
  • Prepares the skin to be most receptive to the tanning solution and skin care products applied afterwards.

Method of use:

  • Use the day before your spray on tan application to allow the skin time to restore its natural oils.
  • Use whilst showering or bathing
  • Apply to damp skin and then gently massage in a circular motion for 3 minutes paying particular attention to dry skin areas such as elbows, knees and ankles.
  • Rinse with warm water.

Caution:

Tuscan Tan cannot guarantee a successful spray on tan result if your client has used any other brand of exfolient, as it many contain oils or other ingredients which could adversely affect the absorption and effectiveness of the tanning solution.

PH Balanced Skin Wash is a fantastic two in one product designed for use both before the tanning application to restore the PH balance of the skin to normal levels, and afterwards to cleanse the skin daily once the tan has developed. Ideal for sensitive skins, this low lathering formulation will leave the skin feeling clean, fresh and revitalized, without stripping the colour from the tan.

Beauty Benefits:

  • Restores the PH balance of the skin to a healthy level of between 5.5 to 6.5.
  • When skin is PH balanced it will be more receptive to the solution. Colour takes better, and lasts longer.
  • Coconut oil gently yet effectively cleanses the skin without stripping the skin of essential oils and nutrients.
  • Non-citrus base will not strip the colour from the tan.

Method of use:

  • Use whilst showering or bathing
  • Use over two or three consecutive days prior to the spray on tan application whilst showering to restore a healthy PH balance to the skin.
  • Apply a small amount to the skin to cleanse whilst showering (without the use of a sponge or wash-cloth).
  • After showering, pat the skin dry with a towel. Do not rub with the towel, as this will reduce the stability of the tan.

Caution:

Tuscan Tan cannot guarantee a successful spray on tan result if your client has used any other brand of body wash or soap, as it may contain ingredients which could adversely affect the colour / longevity of the tan, or may be citrus based which could strip the colour completely.

Tinted Tan Extender is a light yet superbly effective hydrating body lotion that is readily absorbed into the skin. Fortified with a blend of ingredients renown for their moisturising, soothing and antioxidant properties such as Macadamia nut oil, Aloe Vera and Vitamin E, and coupled with Tuscan Tan’s exclusive bronzers together with a subtle hint of pearl shimmer, this luxurious lotion will leave the skin feeling soft, smooth and supple whilst extending the life of the Tan.

Method of use:

  • Use after showering or bathing.
  • Apply to dry skin.
  • Using large sweeping motions massage into skin.
  • Use morning and night.

Caution:

Tuscan Tan cannot guarantee a successful spray on tan result if your client has used any other brand of moisturiser, as it may contain ingredients which could adversely affect the colour / longevity of the tan. Do not use any type of self-tanning product in place of a moisturiser after a spray on tan application (unless specifically formulated by Tuscan Tan to enhance the colour), as it will turn the tan ‘orange’.

Quality is of the uppermost importance in the development of the Tuscan Tan product range. To monitor, maintain and further refine the quality of our products during their manufacture, all quality control procedures are conducted in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • TGA Registered – Our laboratory is registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration, whose main objective is to provide a national framework for the regulation of therapeutic goods made within Australia to ensure their quality, safety and efficacy.
  • CGMP compliant – The facility in which all Tuscan Tan products are manufactured complies fully with the Code of Good Manufacturing Practice for therapeutic goods, a standard of manufacturing excellence recognised around the world for it’s stringent adherence to the world health organisation maintained standard.
  • EU compliant – Tuscan Tan confirms that that no ingredient used in the manufacture of it’s products concerns those raw materials derived from Bovine, Ovine or Caprine sources of which are regulated by Entry No. 418 of Anex II of the European Union Cosmetics Directive.
  • MSDS backed – A Material Safety Data Sheet is a structured document, which provides information about specific substances within formulations; including the identity, health hazards, precautions for use, safe handling, storage and disposal information. Each product manufactured by Tuscan Tan is backed with a MSDS.
  • Quality Assurance – To ensure our products are of merchandisable quality, samples of all batches produced by Tuscan Tan are evaluated and tested to ensure the characteristics of each product stays within tolerance of the ideal respective benchmark.
